    Order Confirmation

    Approve the quote and submit your order. You'll receive an order confirmation with all details and a unique order number for tracking purposes.

    Production & Delivery

    Your custom window coverings will be manufactured according to your specifications. Once complete, delivery or installation will be arranged based on your preference.

Professional Measurement

Self-Measurement Guidelines

  • Use a metal tape measure for accuracy
  • Measure width and height at three points for each window
  • Specify inside or outside mount for each window covering

Important: Winco is not responsible for measurement errors if you choose to measure yourself. For custom window coverings, we strongly recommend professional measurement services to ensure proper fit and function.

Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

  • Deposit Requirement:

    A 50% deposit is required to initiate production of your custom window coverings.

  • Final Payment:

    The remaining balance is due prior to installation or delivery of your window coverings.

  • In-Stock Items:

    Standard, non-custom products may require full payment at the time of order.

Rush Orders

Limited rush order options may be available for an additional fee. Please discuss your timeline requirements with your dealer during the consultation phase to determine if expedited production is possible for your specific order.

Rush Fee: A 25% rush fee may apply to expedited orders. Availability of rush service depends on current production capacity and the specific products ordered.

Delivery & Installation

Once your window coverings are manufactured, we offer the following delivery and installation options:

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery:

    Your products will be delivered to your home. A signature may be required upon delivery.

  • Dealer Pickup:

    You may pick up your order from your local dealer's showroom when available.

Professional Installation

We highly recommend professional installation to ensure your window coverings function properly and look their best:

  • Installation Services:

    Professional installation is available through our network of certified installers. Installation fees are typically quoted separately from product costs.

  • Scheduling:

    Once your order arrives, your dealer will contact you to schedule a convenient installation appointment.

  • Warranty Protection:

    Professional installation ensures your warranty remains valid. Improper self-installation may void certain warranty protections.

Self-Installation: If you choose to install your window coverings yourself, detailed installation instructions will be provided. Please note that damage caused during self-installation is not covered under warranty.

Order Modifications

Modification Timeline

Before Production

Changes to your order can typically be accommodated at no additional charge if requested within 48 hours of order placement and before production begins.

During Production

Once production has begun, modifications may not be possible or may incur additional charges. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Types of Modifications

  • Minor Changes:

    Color adjustments, hardware options, or control types may be possible depending on production status.

  • Major Changes:

    Significant modifications such as product type, size, or quantity changes may require cancellation and resubmission of a new order.

Important: To request a modification to your order, contact your dealer immediately with your order number and specific changes needed. Prompt communication is essential to increase the likelihood of accommodating your request.

Commercial & Large-Scale Projects

For commercial properties, multi-unit residential projects, or large-scale installations, we offer specialized ordering processes:
